Telect's Mexico Facility Achieves TL 9000 Certification
LIBERTY LAKE, Wash., USA – Telect, Inc. recently earned certification to TL 9000, the highest level of overall quality certification in the telecommunications industry, at its Guadalajara, Mexico, manufacturing facility. Telect's Mexico facility now holds the same high level of quality certification as its Liberty Lake, Washington, global headquarters, which was recently re-certified in early 2007.
TL 9000 certification, which is rigorously audited by an independent third-party organization, provides industry-wide quality management standards for processes, procedures and documentation. This in turn helps to ensure that customers of Telect receive products, services and customer care that meet broad-reaching quality measures.
