Amphenol Telect and All Systems Broadband Announce Merger

Amphenol Telect and All Systems Broadband, two leading providers of fiber cable management and connectivity products, today announced the integration of the two companies, under a new brand, which will now be known as Amphenol Network Solutions. Under this new consolidated brand, Amphenol Network Solutions will create for Amphenol an end-to-end product solution portfolio serving the data and communications markets. Both companies are owned by Amphenol, one of the largest manufacturers of interconnect products in the world, and will continue to operate with Amphenol’s long tradition of a strong entrepreneurial cultural, supported by a diverse and decentralized operating business model. The companies are in process to align their respective business operations in the coming year and will operate under the Amphenol Network Solutions brand.
Spencer Williams has been named the General Manager of the new combined company and Mike Grice, has been named Vice President of Business Development. The headquarters for the combined company will be in Liberty Lake, WA, where Amphenol Telect (formerly, Telect, Inc.) has operated for the past 36 years. The newly formed company will continue to support customers out of offices around the US, with a significant presence in Raleigh, NC, where All Systems Broadband’s Product Development Center resides. Manufacturing and Assembly will remain in Liberty Lake, WA, and Guadalajara, MX.
