Amphenol Telect Merger Announcement

We are pleased to announce that Amphenol Telect and All Systems Broadband have officially joined forces under the brand name Amphenol Network Solutions.

All Systems Broadband (www.allsystemsbroadband.com) was formed in 2005 from a market need for connectivity solutions to expand high-performance networks deeper into communication markets.  As a leading supplier of cable assemblies and fiber optic products for the broadband market, and with an ideal portfolio, they were later purchased by Amphenol Corporation in 2016.

The alignment of our two companies leverages strengths in engineering, portfolio management, operations, and sales to best serve our customers in wireless, wireline, and data center markets.

Our company headquarters will remain in Liberty Lake, Washington, where we have operated for the past 36 years.  We will also have a significant presence in Raleigh, North Carolina, where All Systems Broadband’s Product Development Center resides. 

Our companies have collaborated frequently in the past to provide high quality solutions for our customers.  We share a similar mission of providing customer-focused solutions, an industry-leading customer experience, a high-quality seamless product portfolio, and global supply chain and assembly excellence.  

The data and communications markets are rapidly changing.  We are dedicated to maintaining and increasing the quality of innovation, support, and service that you have come to expect from both companies.
