Telect is excited to announce that after 35 years as a private company, they are now a part of Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH). Amphenol is a $6.5-billion global organization and a recognized leader in fiber optic components and interconnect systems. With Telect joining the Amphenol family, their combined company will become a stronger supplier of infrastructure and connectivity solutions for the networks of tomorrow.
